One to One Mindfulness course
For those who wish to learn mindfulness privately or are not able to join the Tuesday or Thursday course. Sandrine offers a 9 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) which includes an orientation session and 8 weekly sessions. Participants are given a workbook and 5 recordings of practices. The weekly sessions last for an hour and 15mins. I would recommend to book for the orientation session first, to discuss your needs, explain a bit more about the course and see if the course would be suitable for you.
Location: Private sessions are held in the beautiful therapy rooms next to Cowdray Hall, Midhurst, West Sussex.
Home visits may also be arranged within and around Midhurst area.
Fees: The Orientation session is £65. The cost for the remaining 8 week course is £520. A deposit of £120 will secure your allocated slots in the Therapy Room, the remaining £400 is payable before the course starts.
Home visits: to cover my traveling time and expenses, there is an extra charge of £1.25 per mile to travel from GU31 5PY, at the exception of Midhurst/Easebourne, where there is no extra charge.
