All day retreats offer a great opportunity to deepen our understanding and practice of mindfulness.

  • MBSR Retreat Day
    This retreat day is part of the 8 week MBSR course. It is for current participants of MBSR courses and anyone who has completed an 8 week MBSR/MBCT course or similar experience, providing there are spaces available.

Date/Time: In March, June and November of each year. Next date: Saturday 25 November 2017 11am – 5pm
Location: The Meeting Room, Cowdray Hall, Midhurst

Fee: £35 for past participants. Advance booking only

  • Graduates Retreat Day
    For anyone who has completed the 8 week MBSR/MBCT course or similar experience in mindfulness

Date/Time: Saturday 21 October 2017 11am-5pm
Location: Cowdray Hall Meeting Room, Midhurst
Fee: £55 Advance booking

  • Mindfulness in Silence and Movement
    A day of mindfulness practices and Qigong movements with Sandrine Cranswick and Kim Lovelace

Date/Time: Saturday 18 November 11am-5pm
Location: Cowdray Hall Meeting Room, Midhurst
Fee: £55 Advance booking.
